March 29th - Shepherd's Purse/Whispering Meadows Alpaca Felt Workshop Series - Workshop 2: Felt Bags - Taught by Wini Labrecque 
Create a uniquely textured tote bag using a variety of natural colored alpaca felt. You’ll learn the quick and easy techniques to embellish your bag with needle felted appliqués, simple stitching, and wet felting.

With your newly acquired talents in creating a uniquely textured tote bag, you will leave this workshop with a lovely fashion accessory and a new skill that can give you endless possibilities to market YOUR alpaca felt.

April 25th, 26th & 27th - Mapaca Eastern Alpaca Jubilee  
We'll be there, and so should you!  It looks like we'll take sisters Baby Ruth and Sheila Take a Bow (seen here side by side in the snow), and probably Mr. Xcitement and Ramblin' Bob. too!  

It's the "biggest alpaca show on the planet," and always a lot of fun.  We look forward to seeing you there!

January 25th-27th - AOBA Fiber to Fashion Conference 

Dreamrunner earned the Red Ribbon at the AOBA Fiber to Fashion fleece show!   Not bad for a six year old.  He's still got "luster galore!"

Cindy and I had a great time helping out in the fleece show!  It keeps us out of trouble.
